    Multi speakers discusses the improvement of women  investment environment in the "Women's Economic Forum 2011"
     
      
    4 sessions over two days to be held at Asharqia Chamber

    Reviewing legislative and social obstacles facing Saudi women
     
     

    In an attempt to improve women economic status ;Asharqia Chamber organizing on Tuesday and Wednesday,April 26 to 27, 2011  a forum entitled:"Women Economic Forum 2011" in regard to (Women's Economic Empowerment) at the Chamber headquarter in Dammam ,where it will discuss challenges and obstacles facing the economic development of women in the region, also deals with a number of  most important themes (Women and her efficient role ,Businesswomenorganizations and associations and her initiative role in the family businesses).
     
    In this regard; Acting Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel indicated  that the forum is sponsored by Her Royal Highness Princess Jawaher Bint Nayef bin Abdulaziz being held for the third time will improve the investment environment and the economic role expected by women, and explore her opportunities and potential contribution in the Eastern Region.

     

    He also noted that forum will involve a selection of specialists speakers in the Arab world in which will address a number of important issues concerning the status of women and their economic role.
     
    Saying that: Participants will attempt to highlight within 4 sessions held over two days to monitor women investment trends between traditional and priorities of economic growth.
     
    Forum also will highlight issues that have contributed in reducing the amount of women's participation in local investments, noting that forum will reveal obstacles Impeding investment work for women, most notably the confusion between legislation and traditions as well as ways of creating competitiveness.
